Cooling is an important part of modding, but having ran with those who have those mods, and setting at a 90 degree plus track all day...and fighting heat soak, it can take your numbers down up to .4 tenths. With that said, they experienced the same. So, I have decided to go the meth route and just fool the system. A lot less work and expense. My temps never rise more than a needle width now, so unless I am going to round track, her, I just don't see modding either car for drag racing. I am going to do Rudy's fan mod, while staging, this would be helpful. Each to their own. But, the basics is still, cold air intake, pulley, and a tune to bring it all together, and the cooling if you are worried about it.
