I agree with Andrew's feedback above. There shouldn't be any need to have the rotors dressed or turned with only 13k mileage unless you see something visually. These OEM Mercedes-Benz rotors aren't subject to warping like low-end OEM rotors.
I have a 1993 Suzuki Swift GT and had to have the rotors turned about 20k as the heat generated during braking warped the factory OEM rotors. Brake pedal shook something awful around that wear point. Replaced these with some I bought from RockAuto and the problem went away.
