The sound and bass are great on these 1400 watts, these are wake tower speakers. I still have to wrap them I might bring them closer. They were put that way just for the pic. Also they don't have to be angled when the hatch is closed the window will deflect the sound foward.
OK, I'll bite.
You keep referencing 1400 watt, are these speakers capable of 1400 watts or are you actually giving them somewhere near that?
With most car audio I see that is inexpensive, they generally boast incredibly (inflated) high figures for wattage that if you actually applied a quarter of what it is rated at, they would blow (but since the amps they sell are drastically over rated it generally works out). Whenever someone comes to me and says they have a 2000 watt system and I see 8 guage wire, I laugh - hysterically.
What are the type of speakers? we just installed some tower infinity's on our nautique last year....
