My thoughts; If the diameter and circumfirence of the inflatable spare are compatatible with the rear wheels of the Crossfire and will not damage the differential, it should not make any difference on the front wheels as they are free wheeling. This is not to imply that the spare is a replacement tire. It is like the donuts that are used to get you home.
