It looks like severe tire wear. The whole side of the tire is much more worn than the other side. Check the wheel bearing and toe. I don't think the camber change would do that. I have perfect tire wear on my lowered car but I used the collision repair bolts on the front to get the alignment perfect. Most guys who have lowered their cars don't bother with this and don't have that kind of wear.
