the issue most shops have with the front eccentric bolts is that you cant just pop them out. you have to compress the springs each and every time you move the bolt. without the proper compressor for the springs this is a time consuming and dangerous job. its best to install the bolts yourself and have a metric shop with a precision rack do the work.
