There are plenty of good quality rotors on the market, and a nice set of slotted (though probably NOT drilled for road use) makes for a very nice look. A decent set of ceramic brake pads will eliminate dust, which the factory pads seem to deposit on the wheels by the bucket load! I swapped out to Posi-Quiet ceramics on all 4 corners when I had but 2500 miles on my car and now brake dust is virtually nonexistent. And I still managed to out brake a Porsche 911 from 125mph down to 35mph during a track day once, so I didn't give up anything as far as braking performance goes. The Rotex Gold pads are also very popular around here.
As for the calipers themselves, I painted mine a semi-gloss black and then had a local shop print up some Chrysler decals, silver in color, with a slight arc to them.
