The spiller/airdam won't actually be glassed to the bumper cover. This is just the first step in making the 'buck' to pull the mould from before laying up the final moulding. So what you see in the pictures will all be coming back off the car once I get the shape sorted. I'm then going to integrate it into the brake duct/arch liner mouldings i made up a few years ago. The finished item will fit by hooking over the lower edge of the bumper cover and extend back to the gearbox replacing the current sump cover.
