^^^It doesn't rub at all going over bumps or when going straight. It only rubs when I turn my wheel all the way to the left when going into a parking space or something like that.

I'm thinking its rubbing somewhere on the inside but it sounds like metal grinding or brakes grinding when pads are low and not tire rubbing on metal or on plastic.

Only when turning lock to lock.
