Default Spoiler motor, What has happened here?
Hi everyone! Hope all is enjoying their XFs as much as I do!

I have a N/A wing from a donor car and I found some erosion close to the spoiler motor. Any guesses what it could be the product of? may the motor still working? Is there a way to see if the motor is working without installing it to the car?

PICS 2,3 show some erosion, have tried to sandpaper it away..
