OK, everything onthis car costs a lot.

However, on the NA coupe, there are few problems.

I have heard little complaint about the cats.
Parts, especially body parts are hard to come by. Be encouraged thoght that most everything under the skin is from a 320SLK Benz.
Drive train, tranny, all mechanicals, gauges, sensors, etc. BCM, ECUs and such are custom, but available.

Guys here can get you matching MB numbers for anything.

Any issues, bring them here before you see a mechanic. That way, you will likely know more about the car than he will.

The 2006 models were inthe midstreamof production. Kharman had the wrinkles outand built them right by then.

Driven regularly and with spirit, this cars are very durable. Most of what you hear, as problems, on this forum is from guys who drive them hard or race. There are daily drivers onthe Forum who report no issues whatsoever.

You'll find them mostly on the general and political Forums.

Or, spending money on Bling.
