Thanks Max. I went to Chrysler they printed me out these documents. I need #9 on the cooling sheet as the "Rad Fan Module" and #8 on the electrical sheet as the "fan controller". Although in the pic the fan controller is on the passenger side it seems instead of the driver side maybe its different with the SRT. Does that seem right on both?

As for the fan campaign Chrysler ran my VIN # and said no such thing came up? Is their a website or documents I can show them?
