A TT will not be faster unless its a 225 chipped (GIAC). A stock 225 is just about there with the XFire. The XFire has a flat torque curve also like the TT. However, its not as broad 3,000 to 4,600 rpm at 229 lbs, but the gearing is pretty good on the XFire. The XFire has a higher top end, corners better and is more stable at high speeds than the TT.

I walked away from a TT 3.2 DSG even with their horsepower advantage. Steady at 65 mph on the highway, I floored it and he floored it and i was half a car on him on the initial stomp and then I crept away from him easily at 100 mph. The XFire has a great top end ability.

The SRT-6 is not in the TT league, it can walk away from any of them without trying. 0-60 of around 4.8 sec should not be compared to much in its $45K price league except maybe a vette.
