Default CPS issue again? Maybe

A few months ago before I put the crossfire away for winter I had the CPS replaced due to a small rough idle and a occasional stall. Everything was back to normal after it was replaced and the car ran great. I took the car out a few times when the weather was very nice out and when I drove the car aggressively immediately after slowing down to a stop the car would idle very rough and throw a check engine light. I would turn the car off and restart it and it would run like normal again but the code would stay. The only code the car threw was a cylinder misfire. I changed out the plugs and wires and took the car out for a spin to see if it would run into the problem. The 1st day post change it did not but then the next day the same old issue occurs. Should I change out the CPS again? Vacuum leak? Fuel filter? Any advice would be great.
I'm hoping to get this figured out before I throw the code 3 pulley on and then get tuned by Eurocharged in the next month or so.
