I haven't done this swap but when I replaced the pads on my SRT-6 they came with the connector for the wear sensor. (It is only a low brake pad warning sensor) When I installed my Stoptech BBK with race pads they didn't have the sensor connector. I folded them up and zip tied them out of the way. No lights on the dash. You should have no worries about the ABS or BAS.
