The new DW & DWS Conti's are really good tires. And get very good press. But the original Conti All-Season tires that came as an option on the Crossfire were POS's. If anyone drove agressively, these faded bad right from the get go. And were really bad in the wet - not much grip.

I've still got the OEM Conti's on my XFire and they perform adequately based on my driving style & frequency. I've almost got 11k on them now. I'm considering the new Conti ExtremeContact DWS when I replace tires just because of their ratings & positive write-ups. But the Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 Max Summer tire is a best seller on Tire Rack and folks on this forum are extremely high on it.
