I think the Prowler is a good model for the Crossfire. They didn't sell as well as expected, and were flawed in areas where hot rods should excel (they offered limited individuality and lack of power). That said, take a look around for a cheap Prowler. More people want 'em now, apparently. There is future appreciation hope for our little cars, even if they are built on an old platform. After all, the Crossfire has the same thing going for it that the Prowler did - breakout styling.

If the car is replaced in 2007 MY, or 2009, or whatever, I am all for a name change. The name "Crossfire" sounds too much like "Sunfire" to me!
