My Conti Touring Contact rears look a little thin at 15,xxx miles (fronts are just fine tho, thank you very much).

But I haven't decided whether to stay with all seasons or go with separate summer and winter tires ... I am tired of the "thump, thump thump" over every slight road imperfection.

But I'm also juggling replacing the OEM brake pads up front with ceramics, rear shocks, and a host of (tasteful) appearance mods.

Which wouldn't be a problem ... but the better half needs work done on her Charger and Jaguar XJS (aka the Money Pit )

ah, the problems of low-mileage cars, especially 20+ year old Jags with less than 40,xxx miles :ugh:

At least my low mileage trophy car can do daily driver duties HAH!
