You have no idea.

I used to do everything I could to avoid being first in line at a traffic light when the top was up. At the stop line, you're maybe 50 ft from a light suspended maybe 20 ft over the intersection. That angle was high enough to put the damned thing just above the windshield header. I was getting honked at all the time. It was a new experience as I've never had that much trouble with vertical sight lines before. In our two SUV's and my wife's sedan, it's not something that ever enters your mind. Sight lines are fine in ordinary cars. But get a tall guy in a low slung car with a short winshield and suddenly we're vertically blind.
