Hey Lantana...I've only been a member here for a few months. Recently had problems with my 04 Crossfire NA. It would turn off while driving. As the codes didn't help, and neither did a Benz only mechanic, I found other posts here that pinpointed the issue to the cranskshaft positioning sensor.

Anyhow, that's how I started lurking and found some of your threads 2 days ago, both the one where you started the V8 swap and now the turbo upgrade. Pretty f'n awesome!...considering, I myself am just trying to get all the lights on my dash to not turn on while driving, LOL.

I bit off topic...I have a project 67 SS/RS Camaro I am working on...gonna upgrade it to a '90 ZR1 LT5 with a T56, as well as convert it to a full corvette suspension (front and rear), and with an IRS on the back. All parts are in hand. I also would love to twin turbo my LT5! But, as you well know, first thing is first, get the engine running first.

I only mention this to show I can appreciate what you went thru in your conversion. The electronics are my stumbling block as well! Hence, my inability to correct the light show happening on my Crossfire dash! LOL

If I didnt have my other project with my 67, I would love to follow your lead and convert my NA to a V8...might not be able to resist after reading all of your posts!!!!

Well keep up the good work with posting on your turbo research! Definitely awesome to read! Too bad you're still not in SoCal, would love to see your Crossfire SRT8 up close!!!
