Some people pooh poohed this idea when I raised it at first but with the amount of water in the units some people had they looked like a suitable habitat for frogs. I did not think it was from humidity unless they lived in the Amazon rain forest, so it had to be leaks. Later someone said they had found the leak and it was the seam.
