A good method of repairing the bumper is to remove it to get to the back side of the crack. Rough it up and if you have the tools, V out a channel that runs the length of the damage. This allows the glue a place to settle into. Find some good epoxy for plastics, we use stuff called quick set 50. Lay it down over tyhe crack, put some screen over it and apply more glue...kinda like we all did in the old days with bondo on our cars When it dries, do the notch out thing to the front of the bumper but dont go so deep. You can just spread epoxy on top of the v and lightly sand it and then bury it with primer
