Waste of money replacing the stabilzer. Unless the car has been used for Rallies or Rock Clibming there's no way there is noticible wear.
1). Stiffer Springs. After market or used set of SRT springs. Should be able to pick up set on forum foe $100-$125.
2). Shocks, your shocks will feel just fine for the slightly above average driver with the stiffer sprigs.
3). Coil-overs, Tires, larger sway bars, Larger Brakes, heck buy an SRT

Just kidding try out the SRT springs first, is she going to approve of a stiffer ride?
