My ordeal can to a close last Thursday. The service manager held fast and said it's normal wear and tear and I'd had to pay to have it repaired, I told them that I don't accept their assessment and wanted to escalate the issue. She said the dealer rep would be there August 25th and he could look at it but I'd probably be wasting my time because he seldom reverses her decisions. I barley got finished showing him the damage when he said that it's not normal wear and tear, he then looked at the service manager and said "damage like this is not acceptable on any vehicle a year old, we need to fix this". He ask her to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, I take it in September 19th.
