If you have a little condensation inside the lamp, take off the plugs and turn on you head lights until they dry out.
Use a hair dryer if you have a lot of moisture.
I have never had a moisture problem except a small misting due to changes in temperature. I put it down to the DTRL's we have in Canada.
That membrane on the new large caps must let the air pressure stabilize and be somewhat resistant to moisture passing through it.
