Ive tried reading through this thread and it seems to change like a politicians promises. My question is for ppl with an aftermarked head, like me. I also have a set of 2 10" subs with an amp running them. My head unit has a hi-pass filter but Im not to good with stereo stuff.

Would this mod work for me? Im not to concerned with rear bass but I live midrange and crisp tweeters. I dont know what size caps will give me the crisp sounds up front or if I even need this mod???
