What is covering your windshield surround? Looks matte black

The only think I really honestly need to do is replace the blower motor resistor, maybe a tire pressure sensor (light is on) and the headlights, they tend to fog up when I wash it. Interior is pretty flawless except the driver side seat has a tiny bit of wear when you "slide" across when you get in. After I replace the radio for a DVD/NAV flip up and the resistor, I will begin on the exterior. Whatcha think?

edit: oh yeah, I NOW need a new windshield....... a highway rock decided to put a running crack in my life.

ps. yes the wheels are on backwards. they are currently on the right way, this was a dealer pic. will be posting more soon
