The Maxcare warranty depends on the cars' INSERVICE DATE and mileage. Try to find out the date and call a Chrysler dealer. The 61K mileage might be an issue, or not make it worth while ..... they are not bashful about what they charge, but some dealers will negotiate a better price, so check around. Good Luck ....
Edit: are you sure the owner doesn't have a warranty on it. They can be transfered one time....
