Because they're brand new and there aren't many reviews out yet. That being said, I would've bought the Super Sports if they were available in the right size when I was shopping for tires last month.

If you don't deal with any snow, the Continental ExtremeContact DW's are about as it gets right now for summer tires. I bought a set of those for $900 installed and I couldn't be happier with them. They're superb tires on the street and I'm looking forward to tracking them in a couple weeks.
