I was there everyday seeing the work done, except the day he did the paint... I know he used 2 qts of base...the guy has painted 4 cars for me in the past and believe me if you see how slick this paint is.. I'd compare it to anyones...I think the job turned out outstanding
I'm sure he was as the norm(for a good paint system) is 2 coats base 2 coats clear............but if you want it slick then 3/4 coats of clear so you will be left with 2 when done wet sanding and buffing.
