This is where we differ, but when I get older, I hope to have all this $hit done hahaha. I am young and experienced enough to do these projects around the house, gaining myself excellent equity in this ever-sinking housing market, while saving myself 10s of thousands in labor. I am able bodied and enjoy doing most of the stuff. When I look at the place before we bought it versus now, it is night and day, and I have a special pride from knowing most of the projects were supported with my blood, sweat, and sometimes tears LOL

I am getting pretty good at the balancing act, just sometimes not enough hours in the day for everything we would like to do. At the end of the day, I am still a very blessed man
