As far as your Customer Service Rep Problem:
We had the same problem trying to get past a customer service rep. When using the web site to email, all we received was a CANNED "I'm sorry - can't help you - keep in touch with your dealer" reply. Very frustrating. For all of us who love 8) our Crossfire but have had any kind of "major" problem, I think we would all agree their Customer Service at the Corporate level absolutely sucks. :cry: Luckily, most of us seem to have dealers who will, at least, listen and, eventually get our problems corrected. If anyone ever does get a supervisor or manager's number, hopefully they will post it and it can be a "sticky" so we will all have it forever!! :lol:
