I'm glad someone feels the same about posting "real" info when asked to do so.

One thing that my service manager told me and I knew already is... do not believe "everything" you read on internet forums, no matter how good it may seem. This is a really great forum, one of the best I've seen, and there has been some very helpfull information posted, but there seems to be some smoke blown you know where at times.

As we both said... when calling the Chyrsler Customer Care line 800#... you "CAN NOT" get past a customer service rep. For those of you who said they've been "UP" the DC food chain... you need to post some names and phone numbers or PM the info to those that need the help... otherwise take the BS elsewhere.

PS: As I said in another post, if anyone wants a name and number at Michelin... PM me and I'll pass along that info.
