WHY DO YOU THINK I BROUGHT UP MAKING MOLDS FOR MASS PRODUCTION.
MASSED PRODUCED ITEMS REQUIRE MASS PRODUCED PRICES. WITH MASSED PRODUCED ITEMS COMES MASSED PRODUCED PROFIT RANGES...
Fiberglass molds are easy, especially this pod. Disregard this if you know, but I think its good information.
Just make up a parting board to seperate the part into 2 halfs. Put mold release on the part, then a layer of tooling gelcoat on one half of the mold. When the gelcoat dries, build up 3-5 layers of fiberglass and let it dry. Then do the other half.
