Fiberglass molds are easy, especially this pod. Disregard this if you know, but I think its good information.
Just make up a parting board to seperate the part into 2 halfs. Put mold release on the part, then a layer of tooling gelcoat on one half of the mold. When the gelcoat dries, build up 3-5 layers of fiberglass and let it dry. Then do the other half.
