This car was bought by a man of wealth to drive in
Shriner parades. He discovered that he didn't like to shift gears, thus the really low miles.
I tried to buy this car over a year ago because I needed to learn how to drive a stick for racing purposes. I offered him 14K and he wouldn't take it. At that time, it was about 2K above blue book.
Now, the guy has had some strokes and I think they are really interested in selling, but I don't want to pay that much. Honestly, I was trying to steel it, but by all your recommendations, I may have to pay more.
I really want a roadster so I can put the lid down and drive a stick, but having a place to park it amongst the current fleet that I own may pose problems.
I might make a low offer and see if they will take it or negotiate. I bet my husband will crap his pants when I come home with another Crosssfire.
