Where did you get that info? My dealership will always schedule a courtesy car via their contract with Enterprise, whenever I take in my xfire in for scheduled service...oil changes, etc. The maximum days allowed for a courtesy car is up to 5 consecutive days and there are exceptions to that. For example: My xfire required a new dash module system (the only problem experienced) which had to be shipped in from Germany. The dealership had me keep the courtesy vehicle (a Jeep) for two weeks...and I paid nothing. Other courtesy vehicles provided to me were a Jaguar X-Type, Dakota quad-cab, and a Infinity I30. However per Enterprise, going forward, only Chrysler products will be issued to Chrysler customers needing a courtesy car....hence me getting a Jeep during my last oil service.
