Deb, get a can or two of brake clean,, spray the rag and wipe off the white paint just do it fast you don't want the brake to be on the car more than 10 to 15 seconds,, if you have a thicker spot spray the spot and wipe quickly this also works where some sideswiped you and left their paint on your car.
