For example: My xfire required a new dash module system (the only problem experienced) which had to be shipped in from Germany. The dealership had me keep the courtesy vehicle (a Jeep) for two weeks...and I paid nothing. Other courtesy vehicles provided to me were a Jaguar X-Type, Dakota quad-cab, and a Infinity I30. However per Enterprise, going forward, only Chrysler products will be issued to Chrysler customers needing a courtesy car....hence me getting a Jeep during my last oil service.
Maybe I should have said repair work. It's not for getting your oil changed and so on, but I read it in one of the papers they sent me. I bought mine used, so that might make the difference. Plus I tried to get one for my oil being changed but they told me the same thing and said that only if you bought it new you could get a rental for just servicing.
