So, I start to make the calls to make an offer and discovered that the man traded it in for a Cadillac.

The car is at Russ Braunecker Auto Sales in Effingham, IL. They want 18,000 for it and gave the guy 22,000 for it on trade. They didn't do their homework, did they.

So, I offered 10,000 for it and I'm sure I won't hear back from them.
