~ they are simply held on with double side tape from the factory. if removed no holes are present.

simple heat the plastic letters with a blow dryer and slide a piece of fishing line beneath the edge and slide the line back in forth until the emblem releases... do not pull or pry on the emblems when removing... let the fishing line to the complete job. use an adhesive remover such as goo gone applied on a micro fiber towel to remove any remaining adhesive. once complete... polish the area with a quality product and then wax... welcome to the clean look!
