My first order for the dual CAI took several weeks to ship and then was missing a piece. I was told they are built/coated to order. My last order was for their brake kit, wires, plugs, and springs. Of the 7 total items(4 of them were brake items) I only received 4 ie; missing 3 parts. No response to my email from Rob as of this thread. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Again I have no intention of flaming (at this point) just asking if this is normal practice. Thanks
