I know the ***** attached to the light fixture are supposed to adjust the position but I twist and....... Nothing happens. I cant see crap since there pointed straight at the ground. Any help?
The bulbs are installed wrong, they are not in the seat properly. There is no reason the lights need to be adjusted after installing HID's, in fact there is no reason the lights need to be adjusted after changing a regular bulb if they are seated properly.
