The above comments are correct, but you may have inadvertently popped the adjustment out of the elbow on the headlight. If that's the case, the headlights would point at the ground (like mine were). If that's the case, tighten the plastic adjustment until it snaps back into the headlight, and then loosen it to raise the headlights.
