I just tested it on a 10 amp charger and it went from about 25% to full charge in less than a minute but the problem persist so it isn't a capacity issue. It's a Mopar Power Pro battery so I assume it's the factory original, it doesn't have the date on it. Next thing I'll try is swapping in a good battery just to see if that works. If for some reason it's the starter I have a warranty on it good for 100,000 miles that should cover it.
