finally the car is diagnosed after a few hours at my local benz/audi shop with my client who works there.. turns out that the problem is thar the TCM (transmission control module) is bad, Tighed1 that price you found on the conductor plate was excellent compared to the dealers $400 they wanted and the TCM surely has an easier installation, any way you can find me a TCM since im not sure if its the same for the crossfire and benz... i greastly appreciate everyones help, this forum and everyone on it has become my hero!
