My Roadster's transmitter opens any door I try to program into it! ALSO, my OLD door opener was a Sears generic "non-homelink" unit installed in the mid 1990's - the Crossfire opener took that code easier than a Homelink code!
If you hold down button one nearest the steering wheel for up to 2 minutes it will stop flashing breifly then flash a number of times corresponding to the software version of homelink the corssfire is running, 1 to 7. Mine is number 6 on my 2006 model crossfire.

If you do the same with the middle button it will give you a region version as well, mine flashes 3 times indicating UK.


Anyone elses different. I am due to have fitted a Sommer Apperto 800 garage door motor, will this model work do you think?
