Yes and other than the screws there are "pop" tabs on the bottom.
I remove mine by taking off the screws, then pulling the grille straight back (towards me, if i'm facing the car).
It pops out, and then when you're ready to put it back it pops in.
Personally I like the mesh grille, and will be purchasing one soon. Although I know a number of people don't like them because of the large border around the outside. Personal preference!
