No fan at all ? could be the blower motor or it could be the blower resistor (fan controll module) due to poor design, water can get into the blower assembly through the cowl opening, and cause the electronics to fail. These cars have had a lot of problems with the fan not working, do a thread search,hope this helps you out some.
