If you want something high quality and cheap, make one out of fiberglass. Google fiberglass front bumper; there are plenty of builds online that will give you a good idea of whats involved in making one. It may take a month of sanding to get it right, but would probably cost $30-75 in materials (gallon of resin, throwaway brushes, sandpaper, modeling material and a couple packages of cloth; respirator is highly recommended) plus the cost of paint (paintscratch.com paint matches beautifully, and is cheap). You'll learn how to do bodywork in the process too lol.
